Dr. Osama Kassab, DC, MS, ATC/R
Doctor of Chiropractic
Colorado native and an avid fan of sports and outdoor activities, Dr. Kassab returned to CO in September of 2017 after graduating from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic - West Campus in San Jose, CA. After a decorated 18 year career as an athletic trainer working in professional and collegiate sports, Dr. Kassab decided it was time to take his skills to a new height by earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, to service a new niche of patients. With his mix of Orthopedics, rehabilitation and chiropractic, Dr. Kassab delivers care that is unmatched in the Rocky Mountain region. Using his experience in rehabilitation and sports medicine, he gives his patients more that just the quick fix, he works with the patient to find the functional root cause of their pain or dysfunction and equips them to mitigate and fix the problem for their long term health. Patients get to live the life THEY deserve with the TOOLS they need to succeed.
Tammy Williams, FNP/APRN
Family Nurse Practitioner
Tammy Williams is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in family practice with 23 years of nursing experience. She has made her way through all ranks of nursing. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing with emphasis in nursing education at Grand Canyon University. She decided her passion for education and skill set could have the greatest impact as a Nurse Practitioner. She has advanced injection training for trigger point, joint injections and regenerative products. She has also completed additional education and training in Female and Male hormone therapy. She earned her Post Master's Family Nurse Practitioner Certification at South University.
Arielle Sanders
Registered Nurse
Arielle is a registered nurse who attended University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and has a Bachelor’s of Science. She has grown to love the aspect of integrative and holistic health and medicine. Arielle is interested in educating and implementing care for others on how they can feel better overall.
Arielle’s goal in patient care is to make sure they are comfortable and feel safe during any care that she provides. She is detail-oriented, empathetic, and hardworking.
Kailey Durrance

Licensed Massage Therapist, Kailey is dedicated to helping you achieve optimal health and well-being. Her extensive training and expertise in various therapeutic techniques ensure that each session is tailored to meet your specific needs.

Kailey was born and raised in Florida before relocating to Colorado in 2016.
Graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Intellitec College Pueblo. As an avid snowboarder, my favorite mountain to ride is Crested Butte. Enjoys spending time with her two dogs, a Pit Bull and a German Shepherd.

With her blend of academic achievements and practical experience, Randi is poised to make significant contributions to the healthcare industry and beyond.
